Usually when I have days off of my internships, work, and school I tend to spend them knee deep in my favorite thrift stores. That is exactly where I found this amazing mint dress. It was love at first sight. Sheer sleeves, lace detailing... please you don't have to say any more I'M IN! I also love my bib collar necklace from Topshop. This necklace is a definite outfit maker.

I had to make a few slight alterations to the dress. It had a tight collar on the dress and the length of the dress was to the knees. After a few trims, it looked perfect. 

I love when I find vintage pieces that work so well with today's trends. It's really amazing that everything comes back into style. Some pieces are just too amazing to ever go out of style like this awesome clear bag.......

Got some strange looks carrying this bag around Chicago. Everyone can see what you are working with, but that's okay I'm an open person and I always love to have a steady flow of gum. But, I do suggest not carrying this bag during your time of the month if you know what I mean....that's just being a little too open.
